Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

France: 2 to 5 business days

Europe: 4 to 8 business days

International: 7 to 14 days depending on destination

Do you provide tracking numbers?

Yes, a tracking number is automatically sent by email once your order has been shipped.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping fees vary depending on weight and destination. Delivery is free for orders over 100€ within mainland France.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to multiple countries. The full list is available during checkout.

Are your products are new and sealed?

Yes, all our items are 100% new, sealed and come from official suppliers.

Do you offer products in Japanese, English and French?

For now, we only sell English version for all products. Maybe later, other versions will be listed in our store.

What types of products do you sell (boosters, booster box, cases...)?

We offer a wide selection: boosters, booster box and cases. You can also reach us on instagram if you're looking for a specific single card.

Are your products authentic and official?

Absolutely. We only sell licensed official products sourced from authorized distributors.

Returns & Claims

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return any unopened product. Please contact us before returning anything.

What if a product is damage or incomplete?

Send us an email with a photo of the product within 48 hours of delivery. We'll offer an appropriate solution.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the package.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

Return shipping is at your expense, unless the issue is due to our error or a defective item.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your orders and enjoy exclusive offers.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email. If you have an account, you can also track your order in your customer dashboard.

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice will be sent by email once your order ships. it will also be available in your account.

How can i change my personal information?

Preorders & Availability

How do preorders work?

You reserve an item before its official release. It will ship as soon as we receive it - usually on the released date on the product page.

When will I receive a preorder item?

On its release date, or within 24-48 hours or arrival at our warehouse.

Can I cancel a preorder?

Yes, as long as the item hasn't shipped. Contact us via email to request a cancellation.

What happens if a preorder is delayed?

We will notify you by email. You'll have the option to keep your order or request a refund.
